If I could give this place a negative rating I would. This "megan" person could not have any more fake if she tried. She was rude and condescending, she was so disrespectful and out of touch with reality it was comical! After stating i was not happy with the teeth they made me, instead of offering to adjust them, she tried to bully me into taking them. Demanding i put them in my mouth and look in the mirror one more time or i would be sent to the waiting room. (She would make the perfect evil step mother). She even added that her (big crooked) teeth were 'all natural' and she wouldn't be getting dentures because they were for people like me! When I refused to take them she banned me to the waiting room that was full of people. Trying to humiliate me by whispering and laughing with most of the staff, before she released my money to me, she tried one more time to embarrass me in front of the roomfull of patients when she handed me my check so everyone could see her grand gesture of giving me my own money. As she walked away she said muttered "FUCKING BITCH" low enough for only those very close to hear. She had her phony smile with her own less than perfect teeth, making me smile a little as I walked out!
The dentists were nice, but the self proclaimed owner Megan ruins any kind of good feelings u ever had!! Definitely a NO!

My husband, Myself, my son, and our befriend , have all been going to Northwest dental for many years. Always positive results. Our son in particular had had a traumatic experience after the death of his sister and he turned to drugs. It’s been about five years ago that the wonderful people at Northwest dental got him and pulled his teeth, gave him dentures, and it set him on a new path, rediscovering his smile, confidence empowering him to go look for a job and now all these years later sober happy confident I cannot tell you enough how amazing the wonderful staff and doctors are there, they make a difference !!! Also my recent experience last month in May 2026 was probably one of the most wonderful ever . First you’re part of the family ,they really listen. Take time to make sure your needs are met and make you feel safe and comfortable. My front tooth is actually a flipper it had broke. I had Events coming up. They got me In so quickly , they were able to Temporarilyrestore my broken flipper, which is like a retainer while making my new one, I can’t think the staff enough and I just want to say they are life changers they help you heal and regain momentum in your confidence by the positive changes they’re able to help you create an appearance. Highly recommend them and definitely pray for blessings over them

I had my first visit to replace my dentures December 2025, by the first week of January I had my set. The bottoms were a little wonky and needed some adjustments. Jon adjusted and they feel wonderful. I love how the detail work on the dentures were made. So cool! I would definitely recommend to anyone that needs a refreshed denture set. Very comfortable settings.

I had some work done pre covid ,and im having some more work now .the Dr.and his team are the best ever i feel so at ease in that office everyone smiles i feel good going in and excellent leaving .the Dr. Explains everything and so I can understand him and he listens to you and addresses your concerns .I recommend this place ,the Dr. And his Staff .

I am one of the unfortunate people that had a bad set of teeth. While most dental offices try to get you to keep what you have and maintain them, Dr. Martin and Mr. Charron accepted my wishes to "not chase good money after bad". Dr. Martin extracted what I had left. After that, "Val" placed my denture in my mouth. Now (mind you) I was still numb and couldn't feel anything. By the time I arrived home, and the Novocain wore off, the pain became apparent. I sent an email to NW dental and Val called me. He had me come in the next day and fixed the problem. I would recommend these caring professionals to anyone. Thank you so much for everything!

Thank you for the dentures you have made for me, from the bottom of my heart. It significantly changed my life. I want to express my gratitude and let you know how much it helps me. My life's quality was greatly enhanced by it. Thank you for treating me like a queen even though I am simply an elderly foreign lady. We appreciate your professionalism, hard work, patience, and dedication to providing top-notch medical treatment. I love my new smile. I never knew they could make you a set in just a few days. Kylie has a great way of making you feel at ease. I would recommend her to anyone that needs dentures.

I had my Dentures relined today. They have a dental room on the main floor, for people who are not able to climb stairs.
Megan looked in my mouth this morning and Megan explained what she was doing very simply for me to understand.
Megan said that she needed to see how my dentures were fitting and that she was going to make a mold for the top and bottom, and that I will need to bite down and just sit still for only 5 minutes.
I came back in the afternoon to get my dentures. Megan put each plate in mouth, and I am SO HAPPY... because they are a perfect fit!!!
Thank you Megan, and Eve who worked with her, to help me today. Including the very nice ladies at the front counter, that helped me connect with my Paratransit rides in the morning and this afternoon!!! Everyone is so kind, and treated me with the upmost respect!!!

In November I broke one of my permanent bridges on my upper jaw. I made the decision to go with a full upper denture. The team at Northwest Dental Services are professional and yet they still display empathy. They do not display judgement about the condition of a persons teeth. I had my upper teeth removed and a immediate denture put in on 12/29/2022. The night of my procedure I received a call from Dr. Charron checking in on how I was doing. I had my first removal and adjustment on 12/30/2022 and due to a horrendous accident on the way to the dentist office (not my car) I was a bit late. I called ahead to let Dr. Charron and team know. He and one of his team members waited for me to arrive before heading off for the weekend. Thank you to Northwest Dental Services for all that you do. 100 PERCENT would recommend, especially if you have anxiety about seeing a dentist. They are simply marvelous.

Northwest Dental Services is the BEST place ever!!! My first visit to NW Dental was 4 years ago to get a new lower denture to my 6 remaining teeth. Dr. Val Charron is a highly-skilled denturist, who demonstrates exceptional patient care by taking his time for explaining of each detail of the procedure that I underwent, from listening carefully to all my questions/concerns to a dental model to make sure that my new custom-made denture will fit 100% to the mouth and match with my natural gum and tooth color. As the result, my lower denture has been fitted perfectly to my lower gum in just one visit - exceeded all my expectations!!!
Last week, I visited the clinic by reason of my lower denture pink base restoration after 4 years of comfortable wearing. The front desk staff was very pleasant and competent and made me feel right at home immediately when I walked in the door. Everything was on time and it was an extremely professionally run office. Dr. Vallan took care of me immediately. My lower denture was repaired in 2 hours with no charge as my insurance didn't cover this service. Thanks to Dr. Vallan, I saved hundreds of dollars I didn't have. Dr. Vallan Charron is a godsend to me and his clinic in overall. If I could give 10+ stars, I would!!!!! This place is amazing! I highly recommend a visit.
